he makes sure his clocks ticks (his meter is always running) and will make sure he is the winner of any case through billing. Is not on your side no matter how much it seems he is. Main concern how to bill ya and second priority is how he can litigate which again raises your bill without really helping your case through quickly and minimizing costs. Of all lawyers in court I noticed he is not as sharp as others, but they all are scum in any event. Save yourself and see if you can handle it yourself.

I had been accused of something by a family member, that I know I didn't do. They filed criminal charges against me.
I told my lawyer I didn't do it, and he suggested I contact Mr. Patterson to take a polygraph to show I was being honest. He said Mr. Patterson was the best and well known.
I passed the test, and my lawyer went to the Commonwealth attorney with the report. It wasn't long before they dropped the charges. Also, my wife now knows her family was lying to break us up.
This was a good decision for me.

Have a friend who hired Ms. *********** from this firm for a child custody/support case. After 2 years, dropped her like a bad habit - didn't have any agreements in place. *********** refused to negotiate with the other party who represented himself. He thought it was a joke that with just Business Law 101 behind him he could stump this attorney with 15+ years of practice. She rejected proposal from other party outright - which included the child celebrating parents' birthday with parent - my friend DIDN'T get to celebrate her birthday with her child. Told the parties it was against the law to take vacation with the child over winter break and threatened to terminate the father's visitation because he wanted to see his child more. *********** proposed that child support be deducted from Husband's paycheck - my friend was NEVER married to the father, and was unmarried to anyone at the time of the proposal. She did succeed in alienating the father so much that my friend got sole custody - but the child doesn't have a father in his life any more. My friend has a temporary support agreement and a large legal tab which *********** threatened to take her to court if she didn't pay. My friend has to work a day and a half to pay just one hour of ***********'s fee.
Constantly told both parties that the sitting judge (Judge Savage) was a joke and wouldn't do anything for either party.
Not a ringing endorsement for a John Marshall Law School degree, much less for $250 per billable hour.

Mr. Montalvo is the kind of lawyer that gives other lawyers a bad reputation for being decptive and manipluative when dealling with contested issues. He apparently enjoys deploying whatever trick he
